“Drawn to Move” is a welcoming space to learn how animation isn’t just about making images move —it’s about telling stories that move people and have fun. Themed experiences explore the FUN-damentals of animation—from squash and stretch to timing and motion—through exercises and creative storytelling challenges.

Anthony Paras is an artist, animator, and teacher who loves helping kids discover the joy of creating. A graduate of the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts), Anthony has worked with studios like Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and several independent animation productions. He brings that real-world experience into the classroom in a way that’s fun, inspiring, and easy for kids to connect with.
Anthony specializes in teaching 8–12 year olds, introducing them to the fundamentals of drawing, character design, storytelling, and animation while encouraging them to explore their own ideas. His classes are hands-on and imaginative, helping students build both artistic skills and self-confidence. Anthony’s goal is to inspire every young artist to see animation and art as powerful tools for creativity and expression that they can carry with them for life.
