1. Eligibility Criteria:
   • Open to independent filmmakers worldwide.
   • Films must be independently produced and not backed by major studio funding.

1. Submission Requirements:
   • Films must be submitted digitally via an online link (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) for initial review.
   • Submissions must include a brief synopsis (max 200 words) and filmmaker bio (max 100 words).

1. Film Specifications:
   • Accepted genres include animation (2D, 3D, stop motion), short films, documentaries, and experimental works.
   • Maximum film duration: 30 minutes.

1. Rights and Permissions:
   • Filmmakers must have the rights to screen and showcase their films during CTNX2024.
   • By submitting, filmmakers grant permission to CTNX to screen excerpts of their films for promotional purposes.

1. Selection Process:
   • Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of industry professionals.
   • Selected filmmakers will be notified via email by October 25, 2024 11:59 pm PST

1. Presentation at CTNX2024:
   • Selected filmmakers must be available to present their films and participate in a Q&A session during the event.
   • CTNX will provide screening equipment. Filmmakers must ensure their films are formatted accordingly.

1. Submission Deadline:
   • All submissions must be received by September 27th, 2024 11:59pm PST
   • Late submissions will not be accepted.

1. Application Process:
   • To submit your film, fill out the online submission form.
   • There is no fee to submit your film.
   • Fill out the submission form by the due date. 

1. Additional Notes:
   • Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the filmmaker unless other arrangements have been made.
   • CTNX provides tickets to filmmaker and guests to attend the event.
   • CTNX reserves the right to make necessary changes to the event schedule.
