Eligibility & Submission

Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to independent filmmakers worldwide.
- Films must be independently produced and not backed by major studio funding.
Submission Requirements:
- Films must be submitted digitally via an online link (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.) for initial review.
- Submissions must include a brief synopsis (max 200 words) and filmmaker bio (max 100 words).
Film Specifications:
- Accepted genres include animation (2D, 3D, stop motion, claymation), short films, documentaries, and experimental works.
- Maximum film duration: 30 minutes.
Rights and Permissions:
- Filmmakers must have the rights to screen and showcase their films during CTNX2025.
- By submitting, filmmakers grant permission to CTNX to screen excerpts of their films for promotional purposes.

Application Process:
- To submit your film, fill out the online submission form.
- There is no fee to submit your film.
- Fill out the submission form by the due date.
Presentation at CTNX2025:
- Selected filmmakers must be available to present their films and participate in a Q&A session during the event.
- CTNX will provide screening equipment. Filmmakers must ensure their films are formatted accordingly.
- Additional Notes:
- Travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the filmmaker unless other arrangements have been made.
- CTNX provides tickets to filmmaker and guests to attend the event.
- CTNX reserves the right to make necessary changes to the event schedule.
